Return Policy

Refunds
We accept returns within 15 days of original shipment date. We are only able to offer store credit – no refunds will be given.

Warranty
Damaged items may be returned within 30 days of original shipment date in exchange for the same item only.

In light of part of our mission with nature, please re-use the original packaging or something similar that has already been used to send your SOULbagtm.

S.O.U.L.  reserves the right to restrict or disallow exchanges or refunds for any reason.
